About the Role
Due to continued program growth Ironbark is seeking Employment Advisors to join our Casuarina this role you will contribute to the delivery of government-funded employment programs by providing person-centred case management support to Jobseekers and compliance with Workforce Australia requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of community needs program compliance and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of Jobseekers.
We are looking for someone who has :
Relevant experience or qualifications aligned with employment services case management or community support.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
An understanding of cultural safety particularly in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Proven ability to work to targets and contract outcomes.
Strong computer skills and ability to work across digital compliance systems.
