Inventory Management Specialist
This role involves overseeing stock levels, ensuring customer demand is met while storing products and marketing collateral properly.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing inventory through scheduled cycle counts to inform decisions on adjusting stock levels.
* Utilizing data and reports to support operational duties, reducing shrinkage loss.
* Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels, working with the team as necessary.
* Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and collaboration with management teams.
* Serving as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions.
* Training and educating the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
* Previous retail stock management experience, particularly in cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* A suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.
* A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, tracking stock levels to represent the brand.
