Change Analyst – ERP

I am partnering with my client, a reputable enterprise organisation to recruit a Change Analyst to support delivery of change management activities within a major ERP program. You'll work closely with stakeholders across business units to assess change impacts, monitor readiness, and develop communication and learning materials that enable successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of ERP change strategies and plans
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to define future state impacts
* Monitor stakeholder sentiment, readiness, and resistance using dashboards and analytics
* Curate and deliver change communications, training content, and digital adoption materials
* Collaborate with business leaders, change agents, and technical teams to embed change
* Provide reporting and insights to support program governance and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
You'll engage with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders, HR, technology vendors, and implementation partners. Your ability to influence, coach, and guide stakeholders will be key to success.
Essential criteria
* Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline
* Industry certifications (e.g. PROSCI) highly regarded
* Proven experience in change management within ERP or large-scale transformation programs
* Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms (desirable)
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong understanding of change management principles and tools
* Proficient in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity
* Collaborative team player with a proactive and resilient approach
