Job Summary
As a Dining Operations Manager, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
* Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example
* Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
* Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment turns into a memory and every experience into a story
* Guide your team in attaining service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance product knowledge
Requirements
You must have:
* Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
* Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Familiarity with diverse food & beverage settings and flexibility to work across different schedules
* A valid RSA or an equivalent qualification
