Customer Service Role
What you'll do:
* Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding
* Process travel documents, allocate seating, and issue boarding passes
* Provide clear communication during disruptions
* Passenger marshalling and gate assistance
What we're looking for:
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Computer proficiency
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts between 5:00am – 11:00pm
* Able to complete 2 weeks full-time training
* Willingness to obtain ASIC card and pass pre-employment checks
