About the position: Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer (10 PAE) at Partner level to help lead and expand their dispute resolution offering in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a senior practitioner who thrives on high-level strategic litigation, enjoys mentoring emerging junior lawyers, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape and grow a national litigation practice. You will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, corporate insolvency matters, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes litigation involving listed and private entities. Many matters are complex and cross-jurisdictional, offering the chance to work with major clients across a range of industries including financial services, technology, resources, and property development. You will also play a key role in driving business development initiatives, building a cohesive team, and contributing to the firm's broader strategic direction as it expands across Australia.
