The Role: Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users across the organisation.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Support and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including servers (VMware), and cloud environments (Azure).
Participate in IT projects, such as system migrations and upgrades.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
Skills: Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common desktop applications.
Experience with server virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills (a must).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective Level 2 support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Support and administer servers, storage systems, and cloud services.
Perform system monitoring and maintenance tasks.
Document support activities and solutions in a knowledge base.
Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
