Role Overview
As our Bid Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting winning submissions for countrywide tenders, whilst collaborating with our technical teams, project managers, and leadership to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, persuasive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and write high-quality bid responses and capability statements
* Interpret tender documentation and align responses with client requirements
* Coordinate input from subject matter experts and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with bid criteria, formatting, and deadlines
* Maintain and update bid libraries and templates
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the major project space.
* Exceptional written communication and editing skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
* Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement
* Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
