Contract and Commercial Lawyer
We are seeking a skilled Contract and Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to utilize their expertise in contracting and commercial law to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will work closely with our businesses across ANZ, UK, Asia and US, providing expert advice on contracts, risk management, and compliance. They will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract law, risk management, and compliance, as well as a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Develop and maintain high-quality contracts that meet business needs.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracting and commercial activities.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
* Admitted as a Legal Practitioner: In NSW or another Australian state.
* Commercial Law Experience: 2-3 years PQE within a corporate/commercial department or similar in-house experience.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
