About you
To be considered, we are looking for:
Previous experience in a Contact Centre with a background in financial services is highly regarded.
Excellent customer service skills, over the phone or face-to-face with a friendly and approachable mannerism.
Ability to learn products and services and confidently recommend them based on customer needs.
Experience of working in line with policies and procedures.
You have good computer skills and can navigate systems with ease.
Excellent listening and communication skills, taking a solutions approach to customer needs.
You thrive in a dynamic team setting but are also capable of working independently and adjusting to a changing environment.
This is a full-time opportunity; workdays and hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm, and minimum one Saturday shift a month, 8:45am to 12:15pm.
