Associate Dentist – Join a Collaborative, Growth-Focused Practice

We are an established private practice located near Geelong that has provided caring, high-quality dentistry to the local community for over 35 years.
Our team of four Dentists and an Oral Health Therapist focus on preventive, long-term treatment planning, delivering excellent patient care in a calm and welcoming environment.
Due to continued growth and maternity leave coverage, we are seeking an associate dentist to join our team 5 days per week initially, with a 4–5 day role after 4–6 months.
We would consider 3–4 days for the right candidate.
You will be stepping into an established patient base within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
The Practice
Our clinic is a modern, digitally integrated practice featuring:
• In-house CBCT and OPG
• CEREC with Primescan, Primemill and Speedfire
• Nitrous oxide sedation (NO2)
• Implant planning and placement
• Fully digital workflows and modern treatment rooms

About the Role
This role suits a clinician confident in general dentistry who enjoys developing both clinically and professionally within a collaborative environment.
We are particularly interested in dentists with a minimum of 2–5+ years of experience.

• Communicate treatment clearly and confidently
• Are comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment options and long-term care
• Help patients feel informed and motivated about their oral health
• Maintain high clinical standards and attention to detail
• Enjoy working within a collaborative clinical team
• Are open to mentorship, feedback and professional growth
Role Details
• 5 days per week initially (maternity cover)
• Ongoing 4–5 day role after 4–6 months
• Ideally commencing mid to late April
• Competitive commission reflective of experience
