Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Nightcliff Campus

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (75 hours/fortnight)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to work closely with our Educators at our Nightcliff Centre to provide quality care to young children in a stimulating, play-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs tailored to individual children.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.
* Observe, assess, and document children’s development.
* Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
* Collaborate with educators to foster a supportive team culture.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance.
* Participate in ongoing professional development.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification.
* Minimum 6 months’ experience as an ECT post-qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Current Working with Children Check.
