Job Description
Business Readiness Testing Leadership
* Lead and oversee the end‐to‐end BRT process, ensuring coverage aligns with business workflows, operational processes, and readiness objectives
* Validate that business scenarios, requirements, and operational processes are accurately translated into test cases and acceptance criteria
* Coordinate and manage BRT execution across business teams, technical stakeholders, and project squads
* Manage readiness activities, including environment preparation, data setup, and stakeholder alignment
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Act as the central point of contact for BRT across delivery, operations, product, and business readiness teams
* Facilitate defect triage sessions and ensure impacts, resolutions, and priorities are communicated clearlyProvide consistent reporting on BRT progress, risks, outcomes, and readiness status
Quality, Risks & Operational Readiness
* Identify, document, and elevate defects, gaps, and risks, ensuring appropriate ownership and resolution pathways
* Drive the formal BRT sign‐off process, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met, and business stakeholders are confident in solution quality
* Contribute to static testing activities, including review of requirements, solution designs, and business process documentation
Deliverables Include
* BRT test plans (scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, resources)
* Detailed test cases mapped to business processes
* Execution reports, defect logs, and readiness summaries
* Recommendations for defects, enhancements, or process improvements
* Documentation of impacts, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
* Alignment of BRT outcomes with operational go‐live readiness
You Will Bring
* Strong experience in Business Readiness Testing, UAT, Operational Readiness, and Network Assurance
* Background from either testing or operational assurance, ideally in a large telco environment (e.g., comparable to major Australian telecommunications operators)
* Experience overseeing testing of Network Assurance processes or solutions
* Extensive stakeholder engagement experience, able to translate technical issues into business terms
* Excellent communication skills and strong decision‐making capability
* Analytical and critical‐thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
* A collaborative and solutions‐focused approach, with the confidence to influence diverse groups
* High attention to detail with persistence in driving quality and long‐term fixes
