We are seeking a sophisticated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join the global partner team. This role is focused on the strategic acquisition and activation of high-growth Digital Marketing and Strategic Agency Partners within the Australian market.
Strategic Mandate
As the PDM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of net-new partners. You will act as a consultant and growth engine, ensuring newly acquired agencies are seamlessly integrated into the partner ecosystem and equipped to drive mutual revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Targeted Acquisition: Identify and recruit \"Growth and Strategic\" Digital Marketing Agencies through a proactive, high-touch, and consultative sales approach.
* Partner Activation: Act as the primary lead during the onboarding phase, building bespoke Intuit practices within newly acquired agencies.
* GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and expand service offerings.
* Enablement & Training: Design and deliver sophisticated sales enablement materials to ensure partners can effectively position the platform's value proposition.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Global Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure a frictionless partner experience.
* Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor partner health, identify market trends, and refine acquisition strategies.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned partnership professional who understands the complexity of a SaaS environment;
* Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, specifically within the SaaS or broader Technology sector.
* Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the Digital Marketing Agency landscape and the challenges faced by SMB service providers.
* Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage complex projects across global time zones.
* Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in translating complex data sets into actionable business insights.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
