Design and implement enterprise IT solutions across cloud, network, security, storage, and compute environments. Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development. Coordinate with offshore and onsite delivery teams. Drive automation, ITSM, monitoring, and operational optimisation initiatives. Ensure compliance with Australian security and regulatory standards. Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
