Associate Finance Director
* Ongoing Hybrid Position based in Parkville
* Lead a team of 7 within Acute, Research and Specialist services.

Lead with purpose at one of Victoria's most iconic health institutions. As Associate Finance Director reporting to RMH Finance Director you will be Finance Business Partner to a major clinical service and manage a team of 7 supporting other clinical services.
Your New Role
* Provide Business Partnering Service to a major acute Service.
* Oversee 5 direct reports report within a team of seven ensuring KPI are achieved.
* Deliver annual budget setting program and month reporting.
* Review and evaluate Business case.
* Develop and report efficiency programs.
* Identify and implement improved operating procedures embracing technology.
About You
* Qualified CPA/CA/ACMA is essential.
* 5+ years of Business Partnering experience, with strong skills in budgeting, reporting to stakeholders, business case development, IT innovation and Business efficiency programs.
* Highly proficient in financial systems (e.g. Oracle) and Excel, with strong general IT skills across Microsoft Office. Power BI an advantage.
* An analytical and curious thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, able to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
* You're collaborative, organised, and adaptable—with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.
* A development and performance attitude to team management.
