Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Working With Children Certificate advantageous
* Aged Care chefs- previous experience with Health and Aged Care cookery is a MUST
* Catering experience requiring knowledge of dietary requirements
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* HACCP standards and certification, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
* Possess outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
* Genuine care for the people you are cooking for
* Police Check or willing to obtain one
* Must have up-to-date Covid Vaccinations
* Aged Care Chefs: Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccinationand able to provide evidence of this (Or willing to obtain immediately)
