About the Role

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, strengthen our presence, and showcase who we are and what we do.
We're looking for someone to develop and execute communications plans, create engaging internal content, and manage digital platforms.
* Developing strategic communications plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Creating impactful internal content and managing channels such as the intranet, newsletters, and leadership updates.
* Supporting internal engagement activities and digital storytelling that celebrate our people, culture, and achievements.
* Producing clear, targeted content for external platforms such as media releases, social media, website, speeches, and investor communications.
* Managing our digital content and social channels, using analytics to measure and improve engagement.
* Supporting our global brand through consistent messaging and strong visual identity.
* Partnering with HR to enhance the employer brand and employee experience.
* Supporting and coordinating projects with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deadlines.
