Senior Personal Injury Lawyer | Plaintiff Work — lead complex files and drive results in Brisbane.
Responsibilities
* Take charge of major plaintiff matters in a respected firm
* Guide and mentor an experienced support team
* Lead high-value compensation matters in the South Brisbane team, including motor vehicle accident claims, workers' compensation, and public liability
* Mentor junior staff, refine case strategies, and strengthen overall practice performance
* Balance autonomy with team leadership to achieve meaningful client outcomes
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years PAE in personal injury (plaintiff) litigation
* Solid understanding of Queensland compensation law and claims processes
* Experience managing large personal injury caseloads independently
* Leadership experience or a strong desire to develop and mentor others
* A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
