My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator to join their expanding Occupational Rehabilitation & Injury Management team in New South Wales.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of Allied Health professionals, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, and Physiotherapists, while playing a central role in supporting injured workers on their journey back to meaningful employment.
About the Role
As a Return to Work Coordinator, you will be instrumental in coordinating, implementing, and reviewing effective RTW plans that support recovery and return-to-work goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and implementing tailored RTW plans ensuring safe, sustainable transitions back to work
* Liaising with injured workers, employers, brokers, treating practitioners, and insurers throughout the RTW process
* Providing expert advice on workplace modifications, early intervention, and injury management strategies
* Monitoring worker recovery and adjusting RTW plans as required
* Educating employers on best practice injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation
* Ensuring compliance with workers' compensation legislation and employer obligations
* Preparing detailed case reports, documentation, and insurer correspondence
* Participating in case conferences, workplace assessments, and injury management meetings
* Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes

Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in RTW Coordination, Workplace Rehabilitation, Clinical Injury Rehabilitation, or Injury Management
* Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation and RTW processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities
* Experience managing RTW plans, claims, and complex stakeholder relationships
* Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
* A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping people recover and return to meaningful work
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar RTW or Injury Management role
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate, oversee, and adjust RTW plans
* Experience working with treating practitioners, insurers, and employer groups
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
