Freight Forwarder who manages a diverse range of cargoes from machinery to breakbulk on a worldwide scale.
The Position
You will support the operations, sales and account management team by assisting with:
1. Preparing quotes for customers
2. Preparing analysis of current market information
3. Liaising with clients and internal departments
4. Day-to-day operations tasks, booking transport, job registrations
5. Back up the Operations team
6. Support key holders with client rates and quotes
7. Manage and maintain systems to ensure sales success
The Requirements
To be considered for this role you require:
1. Proven freight forwarding experience in customer service and/or sales support is a must
2. Understanding of RoRo cargo and breakbulk highly regarded
3. Willingness to assist Sales and Operations team
4. Energy and eagerness to succeed
5. Excellent ability to work in a challenging role and great communication skills, written and verbal
6. Full time, permanent Australian work rights
