Are you an experienced Trust Accountant looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to step into a busy real estate office in the Inner West for a 6-week assignment, starting immediately.
The Assignment
* Location: Inner West- Sydney
* Duration: 6 weeks

* Hours:Part-time hours
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the trust accounting function, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing seamless financial support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily trust account transactions and reconciliations
* Processing receipts, payments, and transfers accurately
* Preparing end-of-month statements and reports
* Ensuring compliance with trust account regulations
* Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders regarding account queries
About You
* Previous experience as a Trust Accountant within a real estate agency is essential
* Strong knowledge of trust accounting legislation and procedures
* Proficiency with industry software (REST, Property Tree, or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
