This exciting opportunity exists within our organization for a skilled Work Health and Safety Business Partner.
About the Role
This is a Full-time position that requires a high level of technical knowledge and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to embed consistent safety practices and create a safe work environment.
* Collaborate with operational leadership teams to integrate the Safety Management System and WHS minimum standards into business operations.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure the observance and implementation of all Company policies and procedures.
* Evaluate and implement company policies, with a focus on HSE policies, while supporting compliance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
* Manage incident response, reporting, and investigations using ICAM methodology.
Requirements
* A degree in a related field or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Partner or Advisor role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Proven experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to influence and reach outcomes in a commercial and pragmatic way.
