Demeter Grains, an International Export Grain Packing and Tradingcompany based in Hope Valley, is seeking an enthusiastic individuals to join the production team. They will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of Demeter Grains as a reliable source of safe and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating machinery and equipment in line with production requirements
* Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
* Ensuring product quality and consistency through regular checks
* Manual handling, lifting bags (up to 25 kg) and maintaining clean work areas
* Following workplace health & safety procedures and company policies
* Assisting with general production line duties as required
About You:
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Previous experience in food or feed production (preferred but not essential)
* Forklift license (desirable but not mandatory)
* Ability to work autonomously
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.

The position is predominately working Monday to Friday, starting 6am-4pm. Minimum 40hr weeks.
Previous experience in grain handling or container logistics is not required, however will be looked upon favorably. On the job training will be provided as required. This position is available for an immediate start.
