About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns
* Represent the company as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth
* Support sales representatives as required
* Complete accurate data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock, and pricing enquiries
Requirements and Qualifications
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Knowledge of the building industry and building products is preferred
* Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority
