Overview

Take the Lead as a Lead Educator at Springfield. Your skills, experience, and passion for supporting children as they begin to discover and explore their world are what we need at Guardian. As a Lead Educator, you'll support Educators in your centre as they grow in their teaching practice, and you'll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with children and families—empowering little minds to be brave, curious, and imaginative.

The Opportunity

As Lead Educator, you'll:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Lead and guide teams in innovative early learning programs
* Contribute to Guardian's unique play-based curriculum
* Document and share learning progress with families
* Help shape a learning environment that prepares children for school and beyond


What You'll Need

* Diploma in Children's Services (required)
* Experience working in long day care (especially with nursery-aged children)
* Solid understanding of the NQF and EYLF
* A current Working with Children Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
