About the role
ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified FIFO Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the clinical team at our Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care Facility located in the remote community of Mutitjulu (Uluru) Northern Territory. This busy and rewarding role is offered on a FIFO, permanent, full-time basis. This role attracts an hourly rate of Registered Nurse Level 3 - $51.21 - $52.99 / hour gross (Dependent on prior experience)
The role of Clinical Nurse Manager will see over overseeing the clinical delivery of care to our residents at our Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care Facility. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide support on mentoring, training, performance requirements, care plan management and medication management. You will also complete, when required with RN shifts to support operational needs.
The role of Clinical Nurse Manager – Mutitjulu would suit a person who is very hands on. They are comfortable leading a team of Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers and are comfortable to ‘step up’ when the Service Manager is away or on leave. You will understand the complexities of working in a remote community in Central Australia and be comfortable with a ‘hands on’ approach to our work – You will be comfortable working nursing tasks, supporting with ad hoc requirements such as feeding and cleaning when required. You will enjoy working in a team that is like a family and providing care to the elderly residents who call our facility home.
