The Company
This is a leading Australian FMCG Manufacturing business, who are based in SW Sydney and are looking to appoint a Group Supply Planning Manager on a 12 Month contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Planning, this role is an integral part of the planning team and will assist in driving strategic and operation wins across the IBP team.
* Oversee end-to-end supply planning activities, aligning production capability, operational constraints, and customer demand forecasts
* Take responsibility for supply inputs within integrated planning cycles, working closely with teams across demand, operations, customer support, and finance
* Design and manage inventory guidelines, replenishment approaches, and execution models across internal sites and external logistics partners
* Monitor and improve key performance measures related to product availability, inventory health, order fulfilment, and cash flow efficiency
* Partner on product lifecycle coordination, proactively managing risks and optimising stock levels across launches, ongoing lines, and discontinuations
* Continuously review and enhance planning practices, driving improvements in supply chain performance and overall service outcomes
The Person
* Extensive background in supply planning within FMCG environments
* Relevant higher education in areas like supply chain management, production, finance, or a similar field
* Strong analytical capability, with high-level skills in spreadsheet modelling and data manipulation
* Experience working with data visualisation and reporting platforms, such as Power BI or comparable tools
* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, including exposure to Dynamics 365, system rollouts, and configuration work
What's on offer
In return you will join a growing business on a 12-month contract. This role is looking to pay $150k - $160k + Super, and will follow a hybrid working pattern with 3 days on site per week.
