CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Mobile Plant Operators for upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia.
We partner with leading mining contractors engaged in major mining and resource projects throughout the state.

Positions We're Looking To Fill:
- Leading hands
- Backhoe, Excavator, Dozer & Loader Operators
- Watercart Operators
- Truck Drivers
- Peggy Drivers
- Labourers
Our Ideal Candidates:
- Previous experience operating relevant machinery in a mining or civil environment
- Valid tickets and licenses (RIIs, HR Licence, etc.)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- A solid safety mindset and good attitude to work
What’s on offer:
- $50–$80ph + Super on all hours (based on role and experience)
- FIFO from Perth – 2:1, 2:2, and 8:6 rosters
- FIFO from interstate depending on experience
- Work with major names across the Pilbara and Goldfields
- Ongoing roles with the option to go permanent
- Fast-track onboarding available for experienced operators
- Weekly Pay cycle + Superannuation is paid on all hours worked
