The role Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, change orders, and invoices. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for construction projects - Fencing, Gas connections etc. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and any delays are addressed promptly. Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
