Job Description Summary
The Concierge Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination of office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day‐to‐day operations of the facilities and ensure they are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with both client and C&W policies
* Assist in supervising all maintenance programs and external providers/vendors relating to the facility
* Respond positively and promptly to requests from tenants and occupants
* Assist AFM with inputs to budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities
* Assist in identifying facility improvement and cost‐reduction initiatives
About You
* Experience in integrated facilities
* Experience in operation and corporate office management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Creative problem‐solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
