About the Role:

Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
* Proven experience in teaching and leading teams in a Kindergarten setting;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
* Familiarity with National Quality Standards and regulations;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
* Possession of a current Working With Children Check;
