Support Worker
We are seeking a committed and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role plays a vital part in providing consistent, participant-focused support in a safe and structured environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who are struggling with alcohol and other drug issues, and you will play a crucial role in helping them achieve their recovery goals.
The successful candidate will have a certificate qualification or relevant industry experience, and will possess a current First Aid Certificate and CPR. A valid Driver's Licence is also required.

About the Role:
* Develop positive and supportive relationships with participants that foster self-determination and active engagement in their recovery journey.
* Identify and assess risks related to activities, communicate mitigation strategies to management.
* Perform general support tasks as needed, such as light cleaning, preparing rooms for new arrivals, and transporting participants to appointments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data in line with TSA procedures and standards.
* Promptly report any risks to participants, staff, or the organisation to the relevant supervisor.
What You Will Bring:
* Hold a relevant certificate qualification and/or have previous industry experience or on-the-job training.
* Possess a current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
* Possess a valid Driver's Licence.
