About The Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our Maritime business based at in Adelaide. As apart of this role you will be required to travel between Mawson Lakes (70%), Osborne (25%) & St Kilda (5%).


Key responsibilities

* Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with project expectations.
* Support inventory updates, while maintaining accurate record keeping.
* Help coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and ensuring safe handling procedures are followed.
* Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.
* Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review by the Supply Support Lead.
* Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations (e.g., St Kilda, warehouses).
* Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team and the Supply Support Lead.
* Highlight and escalate risks that could impact Receipt of Material in Yard (RMIY) milestones.


About You

* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred but not essential).
* Familiarity with inventory or material management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, MILIS desirable).
* Exposure to Defence logistics, hazmat, or demil processes is an advantage.
* Experience supporting multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
* Ability to work both independently and under close supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
