Business Growth Leader
The Business Growth Leader will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the existing client base, whilst pursuing growth and new business development aligned with regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development and execution of a regional sales strategy to achieve short and long-term objectives for sales, profit and market position
* Identify and develop new business within the region via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals
* Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
* Provide timely feedback on market conditions, customer and project developments using available tools
* Deliver accurate and timely reports as required
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales
* Proven track record in business development and sales results
* Experience working within industrial services or related environments
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline advantageous
* Effective communication skills
* Decision making and problem-solving skills
* Advanced report writing skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential
