Job Summary
Casual employment with variable hours based on business requirements.
The role offers ongoing opportunities across multiple projects and locations within a large, dynamic organization with diverse operations.
Responsibilities include managing service contracts, related budgets, tenant liaison, inspection, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, emergency response, capital works projects, and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.

Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience working across remote sites (preferred)
Strong communication abilities
Excellent presentation skills
Passion for quality
Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related field
Several years of experience in facilities management
Technical understanding of commercial facilities management
Knowledge of OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety)
Experience in vendor management
Basic understanding of technical property aspects
Ability to manage external providers
Skills in liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Experience with FM (Facilities Management) software platforms (preferred)
