Full Job Description This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing a multi-skilled team across design, pattern making and graphic development. You will drive operational excellence, ensure product accuracy, quality and support commercially viable product development from concept to production. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the CAD and Technical development team Oversee garment specification, grading, pattern making & construction standards. Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and supplier workflows Support production planning and product costing Liaise with local and offshore manufacturers About You Qualification in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field Advanced CAD and garment specification system expertise Proven leadership experience within a CAD, design, or technical team Strong background in garment construction, grading, and costing Analytical, organised, and solutions-focused Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced product environment and is passionate about driving quality and efficiency.
