Want to make your mark managing key national accounts in the fashion industry?

This is a rare opportunity for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile project and drive sales growth for some of the most sought-after names in the retail industry. You will be joining an established, global fashion business with a strong retail, wholesale, and e-commerce presence across multiple international markets.

This is a business passionate about product, dynamic in their approach, and respected as leaders in the industry. You will be part of a supportive culture, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial – the kind of place where ambitious people thrive. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll lead the re-launch of two iconic fashion brands into ANZ. Once launched, you’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets, managing relationships with major retail partners, and executing strategies to drive brand performance.

You’ll need to be commercially astute, results-focused, and able to combine data-driven decision-making with strong relationship-building skills.

What will the day to day look like

- Build and grow strategic partnerships with national key accounts and independent retailers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Manage forecasting, reporting, and inventory performance.
- Deliver regular analytical insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Drive sell-through results and take swift action to maximise performance.
- Provide explicit market feedback to inform future product and range decisions.

We'd love to meet someone who

- Brings 3–5 years’ experience in wholesale sales – ideally within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories.
- Proven track record in key account management and sales achievement.
- Strong retailer relationships and commercial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Melbourne-based, with a current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
