The Role
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales and land acquisitions team, streamlining the listing and exchange process.
* Keep our CRM updated with the latest information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist in creating and distributing captivating marketing materials for property listings and office advertising.
* Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and professional sales process.
* Support the sales team in preparing and submitting sales contracts and related documentation.
* Continuously improve our sales administration processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in real estate-specific software and the Microsoft Office suite.
