Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Caseworker to join our team. As an Intensive Case Management Caseworker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality casework services to young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver best practice statutory casework services to young people with minimal supervision using high-level assessment and intervention skills
* Engage with families, community organisations, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated and culturally appropriate services
* Prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court
* Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quality casework outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possession of a tertiary degree relevant to the role such as social work, behavioural science or social science, criminology, or other recognised degree
* An unrestricted driver's licence is mandatory
* A valid Blue Card is required
