As a high-performing Amazon account manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple marketplaces using data-led approaches.
You will deliver against budget through smart planning, seasonal activity, new product launches, and high-performing ad campaigns. This includes building and executing strategic joint business plans with brand partners to grow share and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Your role requires strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, confident in working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. You will also act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong relationships and clearly communicating progress, risks, and results.
This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule based in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will prioritize effectively across brands and tasks, focusing on activities with the greatest commercial impact. They will solve problems proactively – whether operational, strategic or technical – using initiative, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory and demand planning to ensure strong in-stock positions and sales continuity.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in managing an eCommerce business.
* 2-3 years' experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role.
* Amazon marketplace experience highly regarded, but not essential.
* Bachelor's degree with solid academic performance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
