About the Role
The successful candidate will lead operations across all three campuses, working with the Principal and leadership team to implement strategic initiatives aligned with the College's vision and goals.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure professional management of financial, infrastructure, and human resources, in line with priorities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Use negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders with the College's strategic direction.
* Community Partnerships: Build relationships with staff, parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and businesses to improve student outcomes.
* Collaborative Development: Foster stakeholder engagement in school initiatives for shared goals and continuous improvement.
