We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Leader to join our team. This pivotal role will provide high-level strategic advice and operational support to the Principal and leadership team, contributing to the effective governance and overall management of the school.


About the Role

The successful candidate will lead operations across all three campuses, working with the Principal and leadership team to implement strategic initiatives aligned with the College's vision and goals.

* Operational Excellence: Ensure professional management of financial, infrastructure, and human resources, in line with priorities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Use negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders with the College's strategic direction.
* Community Partnerships: Build relationships with staff, parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and businesses to improve student outcomes.
* Collaborative Development: Foster stakeholder engagement in school initiatives for shared goals and continuous improvement.

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project and operational management. You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking skills, and are passionate about contributing to a vibrant educational community.


Your Opportunity

As the Strategic Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Principal and senior management team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of the school.
