Job Description
* Analyse and document business requirements for HRIS-related projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements within HR systems.
* Support system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards.
* Assist in change management and user training initiatives.
A Successful Business Analyst HRIS Should Have
* A strong background in HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and technology.
* Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in system testing and troubleshooting methodologies.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in team environments.
* An understanding of change management practices and their application.
* Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
