Your new Role: The Clinical Nurse - Clinical Facilitator (CF) is an advanced practice role within the Nursing and Midwifery Practice Development Unit, working collaboratively with clinical divisions to support the learning, development, and professional practice of nurses and midwives. The role delivers expert clinical guidance and education, supports evidence-based practice and research, and provides leadership in the management of complex patient care. Operating with a high level of autonomy, the CF contributes to service improvement, portfolio responsibilities, and the ongoing promotion of quality and safety across clinical settings. This role requires the applicant to work across 0700, 1100 and 1430 shifts Monday to Friday and Public Holidays at Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals.
