As part of a global network and a holistic integrated financial services business, we provide personalised financial services across Business Advisory Services, Audit, and Wealth Management, catering to both local and international clients.The RoleAs a Management Accountant, you’ll be a key member of our Advisory team, working closely with a diverse client base and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our finance function. Your work will be instrumental in assisting clients through timely, accurate, and meaningful service. You’ll also benefit from the close support of leaders and peers, who are always accessible and committed to helping you succeed.Assisting Our ClientsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drafting month-end management reportsMonthly reconciliation of accountsReviewing journal entries, GL, BAS, and payroll preparationProactively liaising with clients to ensure deadlines are met and critical business tasks are completedTimely billing, invoicing and WIP managementDaily managing and filing of accounts inboxesAssisting Our Internal Advisory TeamSupporting day-to-day operations and collaborating with the teamMonitoring team task progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are metAttending client and internal meetings to take notes and share key actionsAssisting in the preparation of new client proposalsSourcing and distributing key information for clients and the teamProviding support and coverage for team members during absences by understanding key responsibilitiesProactively identifying process improvement opportunities and communicating them to senior staffYour Benefits AwaitGet ready for a fulfilling journey filled with exciting perks!
