Computer Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support and maintenance for computer-related products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Responsibilities:
* Install, repair, and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests that cannot be resolved or fulfilled by the Service Desk.
* Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment, including client-supplied headsets, smartphones, and tablets.
* Work with Other Service Partners by providing physical support for Infrastructure at client locations that host EUPSD Services.
* Provide advice and assistance to End Users as required in connection with End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
* Excellent time management skills.
