You will be responsible for creating beautiful spaces that are the heart of our resorts and where residents enjoy coming together to connect.
The successful candidate will lead the coordination of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time and within budget. With QA Build's commitment to excellence and efficiency, we ensure quality assurance is not compromised on our projects. A dedicated Contracts Administrator will be available to support your team throughout the project duration.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed site plans and documentation
* Monitor build progress, providing regular feedback reports
To Be Successful
1. You must have extensive experience in Commercial Construction with proven background in managing sites efficiently
2. A QBCC Supervisor License is essential as well as Trade background - carpentry is preferred
