Role: Receptionist
Location: Bundall, QLD 4217
Salary: $60k - $65k plus superannuation depending on experience

We would prefer candidates who are confident and sufficient in using the below:
* Xero (\"Blue Xero\") & Xero Practice Manager (\"Green Xero\")
* FYI (Document Management System)
* NowInfinity (ASIC Software)
* ATO Portal
* Class SMSF Software
* Microsoft 365 applications (eg. Excel, Word, etc.)
* PDF Editors (eg. Nitro PDF)
Duties List
The responsibilities of this role include a wide array of tasks, such as:
* Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and genuine care.
* Manage appointment schedules with precision and attention to detail.
* Support the firm's daily operations by collaborating with the bookkeepers, accountants and partners.
* Handling general office administration duties, such as mail collection, scanning, office supplies, and records management.
* Onboarding new clients and entities.
* Assisting with ATO-related tasks, including client administration, correspondence, and communication.
* Oversee compliance of document management policies, procedures and systems.
* Preparing ASIC annual statements for client companies, including onboarding forms and ad hoc work.
Team Collaboration & Learning
* You will have the opportunity to work closely with our referral network of lawyers, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and bookkeepers.
