In the role of Team Member at Cakes by Max, a day in your life will include:

• Execute the daily operations of the store
• Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
• Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and teas to the finest standard
• Prepare and serve dessert menu items that promise to tempt all taste buds to the finest standard
• Complete in‐house training to keep you up to date
• Maintain a clean and well‐presented store

• Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience is essential
• Previous cafe and barista experience is essential
• Availability to work across flexible hours and days, including weekends
• Energetic, positive and guest focused with a can‐do attitude
• Passion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry brings
• Enjoy creating memorable experiences for all our guests
• Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
