We partner with customers to deliver creative solutions that optimise transport networks and support safer and more reliable road journeys.It’s an exciting time in our history as we modernise our core STREAMS product and work with customers to enable the future of mobility.About the role:Transmax is now seeking to appoint a Program Manager across a 6 month max-term engagement to work within our Project Management Office (PMO).As Program Manager you will support and lead our diverse teams to successfully deliver a range of product development and/or services projects to Transmax internal and external customers.You will effectively collaborate with strategic customer teams and Transmax business leaders to develop and maintain program governance, identify and manage program risks and work to resolve issues as they arise and achieve agreed outcomes.You will ensure all projects and the overall program are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated where appropriate and implemented as well as providing overarching transparency of Transmax’s portfolio of work.Your day-to-day will include:Support and report on the predictable delivery of agreed business outcomes using effective program management approaches within an Agile organisation.Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers and external parties including road agencies (state and private), consulting firms and contractors to ensure the effective delivery of programs, through effective control, negotiation and consultation mechanisms.Support / lead the delivery of multi-streamed tactical and/or strategic projects with a specific focus on improving the customer and stakeholder experience and ensuring they’re represented holistically.Ensure the consistent application of project governance and compliance process across programs and related projects.Prepare and integrate progress and other reports for governance boards using data derived from project and financial management tools, product development processes and other business data, with support from Product Managers.Develop program/project schedules from workshops, resourcing plans, statement of works and managing the agreed work from initiation to closure.Develop and manage overall program and individual project budgets, establishing regular program status and revenue reporting, managing financial aspects of all projects to achieve the agreed business outcomes.Ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place to address potential areas of concern.About You:We are looking for a professional, well organised self-starter with experience working on multiple projects across a wide portfolio.
